Everything was going well, but all of the sudden I got restricted 3 times. Asked support for some help and seems that they do not care. Super unprofessional, they don't reply and if they do, they give a vague response. I used to like this app, but looks like they don't want to satisfy their customers... what a shame

Wouldn't recommend this app. Out of 10 orders, it would send only 1 order confirmation and would not detect the other orders phone numbers. Also, it would go back in history and send order confirmations to previously delivered orders. Its a good concept but needs a lot of improvement

Nice App. It will assist alot of stores to eliminate the call costumer confirmation part in every order. and the order will be confirmed directly form the whatsapp
