Must say that this is one of the most evolved WhatsApp API platforms in the market! once you spend a little time on getting acclimatized to the platform, you would realize that it is quite easy, breezy Also the Expert team at WATI are super quick and helpful!!! Madhvan & Jhanavi prasad have been super quick in solving all our deployments overall extremely happy with WATI

Downloaded the app, it was good at the beginning, but when i wanted to use my customer phone number and asked to change it my request was totally ignored. send several emails, no one replied since 3 weeks. Very bad customer service.

one of the worst apps i've seen so far 1. no help or assistance in getting green tick 2. unable to send whatsapp broadcasts on half the contacts 3. according to india pricing i need 7$ to message a 1000 customers, i had balance of 18$ but still unable to do so frustrating, random replies to every complaint, apparently half the numbers don't have country codes, i uploaded all the numbers without country code. i still don't have the reply to why i can't send messages while i still have 18$ balance. there are many better and cheaper options. seriously beware

We have been using Wati for quite some time now and have been very happy with it's usability and in-app experience. The tutorials at each point are also helpful. Overall, it's a good app. Interesting price point and Madhavan has been helpful with his suggestions. We would like to see and use more features in the near future.

Overall effective platform to connect all the customer in our most frequent usage of WhatsApp communication tools in Malaysia. Pro - Feature similarly to WhatsApp platform. 1. Good and efficient customer service. 2. Manage to link devices with computer using the WhatsApp Web. 3. Recent have been update more features with upgraded function such as assign more user to contact the same customer 4. Auto reply with template messages 5. Effective way to raise sales for retail line via Tele-Marketing concept while MCO period 6. Manage to grow sales/increase traffic to the offline Con - Found few bugs that could help works more efficiently 1. Unable to reply specific message 2. Only allow to work collaboratively rather allow salesperson to maintain their own portfolio of clients 3. Unable to have multiple channels such as Instagram, Facebook, email to respond in same platform to monitor the incoming messages

Wati has assisted us to streamline communication with our customers and the tools available has helped with automation to a certain extend. Abandoned cart conversion has been a bliss with the automated messages. Would like to have a detailed analytics/report in the near future

After reviewing all options in the market, we found that WATI was the ideal app, the app does more than what it is expected with full functionalities and endless options. Straight forward with prompt customer service, I only wished for few more options and it will then be number ONE. The application is extremely easy to use and setup was done in hours not even days.

The Actual Charges comes across 54$ per month Plus the Fee of WhatsApp Messages , but its worth it . The Automation has help us to reduce the customer care representatives , and also help is 24*7 automated instant reply which has increased in customer trust . Messages are instant and works great ! There should be Quarterly Plans to reduce the monthly fee !

I have been using the wati service for more than 3 months now, and I totally love it. The best part is cart abandonment recovery. We have seen close to 69% recovery in cart abandonment.

4.99 USD just to use your app on shopify. Further we pay 49$ / month to use your dashboard & also pay you for the Messages (Sent & Received) ? You serious ? You guys are fooling customers in the name of 4.99 USD. There are better apps available that offer almost the same service under 10$ & offer desired number free of cost to the customer for Automated Abandoned cart.
