Wati is best for message automation and integration which helps in doing customer communication very easy. Broadcast messages are very good feature as it ease to send the messages on bulk.

I've been using Wati since 2021, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The quick integration with Shopify and my CRM has really helped boost our abandoned cart conversions. Creating templates and chatbots is super straightforward thanks to Wati’s user-friendly interface. I love how you can preview templates while working in the backend, making the chatbot creation process smooth and customizable. There are plenty of options to tailor the chat flow, which is a huge plus!

It has worked well for me so far. I got it mainly to target abandoned carts and have a chatbot. However, there are certain bugs in the google sheet API which sometimes reduces efficiency in sending mass communications.

Integrating WATI with our Shopify store has been a game-changer for our customer communication! We've seen a significant improvement in customer engagement and response times since using WATI. The ability to automate messages for order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support has streamlined our operations and provided a better experience for our customers. The user interface is intuitive, and the support team has been responsive and helpful. The only drawback we've encountered is with the Shiprocket integration for order status updates. It would be great if this aspect could be improved for smoother order tracking and updates. Despite this minor issue, WATI has been an excellent addition to our store, and we highly recommend it for any Shopify store looking to enhance their customer service via WhatsApp!

As a beginner, I recommend this app for WhatsApp Marketing because it's easy to use and integrates seamlessly with your Shopify store. One of the best features is the predefined templates offered by WATI, which work well and require minimal adjustments. Terrible customer service from the company. So difficult to speak to a customer service person who can actually help. Have charged me for 2 months for order card and abandoned cart confirmation. But not sent messages and restricted by access to dashboard.
