We are using this app since last 6 months, we have found the app very useful. very easy to get immediate messages from clients who wish to ask anything and then we can send messages to people who have abandoned carts and who had enquired through Wati. most comfortable app.

As a beginner, I recommend this app for WhatsApp Marketing because it's easy to use and integrates seamlessly with your Shopify store. One of the best features is the predefined templates offered by WATI, which work well and require minimal adjustments. The chatbot is also effective, though it could benefit from some optimization improvements, as it can take a bit of time to load on your store.

Terrible customer service from the company. So difficult to speak to a customer service person who can actually help. Have charged me for 2 months for order card and abandoned cart confirmation. But not sent messages and restricted by access to dashboard.
