We have been using this app for more than 1 year now - For sending order confirmation and COD confirmation messages. It works really well and we although we have some minor issues here and there, they were quickly resolved by their support on email.

Wati is useful for setting up automated playbooks and communicating with customers on Whatsapp. I don't like that I can't react to messages with emoji like I can on regular Whatsapp app. But otherwise it does the job for me.

Wati ha sido una herramienta imprescindible para nosotros. WhatsApp business ya no era suficiente para la cantidad de mensajes que recibiamos diariamente, y con Wati pudimos solucionar esto de una manera fácil e intuitiva. The WATI Business WhatsApp API has some great features, such as automated messaging. However, the main issue we've faced is the slow customer support. When problems arise, we need quick help, but the response times have been disappointing. While the platform works well overall, the lack of fast support means it doesn't fully meet our needs.

We have been using WATI for almost 6 months now and have had the best experience in sending WhatsApp blasts to our customers. The tool also keeps updating and bringing really cool features. By far the best WhatsApp bulk messaging tool for shopify.

Please do not install this application, canceling the subscription will bring you problems and headaches, it's been 3 months since I tried to cancel, there is practically no cancellation option.
