Initially I had given a 1star rating for being non-responsive and non supportive for my queries and concerns! But, immediately after that, the Wati product manager Mr. Madhavan called me personally and understood my issue with patience and connected me with the right team to help with my issue. Two days later I had a video call with Mr.Tilak, who helped me resolve every issue swiftly and with patience. Now I'm happy to say that everything is resolved and I'm able to use Wati for my website and I must say it is a delight to use and has all the option I was looking for and more! Thank you for assisting Mr. Madhavan and Mr. Tilak and getting my issues resolved ASAP.

The upfront customer service experience is poor, they tend to urge you to email support team instead of understand your problems well (keep telling me to do something i've already done) and providing effective assistance patiently through live chat.

Very terrible. I've been trying to talk to you for over two weeks now about the problem they have with cart abandonment. Every customer who orders through me and buys it still sends them cart abandonment. It turns out that a customer orders from me and receives a message that he abandoned the cart a few hours later and this creates confusion in the orders and a lot of anger on the part of my customers And Abandoned Recovery Message is so terrible and I tried to complain to them about it and they still haven't fixed it and it's been like this for a long time In short, terrible!!! Use a normal wati and order manual, this is the best and prevents problems I'll update if they fix it, you won't see this review, but they haven't been able to fix it in a while

Average 1.)but poor customer service connect, when you need an individual to connect, you will find yourself connected to bot and find it difficult to connect to a human executive 2.) Presently, almost every alternate whatsapp app has good integrations, i.e. JUDGEME integration to collect reviews from people , they still are lagging and not bringing such things on table. Whereas other apps executive have reached me for more than 10 times to switch to their app, in this i am not able to reach them only One must go with this app for whatsapp solutions

Ever since my store started using wati our rto% has gone down by 5% and there is also an overall increase in my sales from the abandoned cart flows. Our customer support has also has also become much more organised and easily tracked after using wati.

Must say that this is one of the most evolved WhatsApp API platforms in the market! once you spend a little time on getting acclimatized to the platform, you would realize that it is quite easy, breezy Also the Expert team at WATI are super quick and helpful!!! Downloaded the app, it was good at the beginning, but when i wanted to use my customer phone number and asked to change it my request was totally ignored. send several emails, no one replied since 3 weeks. Very bad customer service.

one of the worst apps i've seen so far 1. no help or assistance in getting green tick 2. unable to send whatsapp broadcasts on half the contacts 3. according to india pricing i need 7$ to message a 1000 customers, i had balance of 18$ but still unable to do so frustrating, random replies to every complaint, apparently half the numbers don't have country codes, i uploaded all the numbers without country code. i still don't have the reply to why i can't send messages while i still have 18$ balance. there are many better and cheaper options. seriously beware

We have been using Wati for quite some time now and have been very happy with it's usability and in-app experience. The tutorials at each point are also helpful. Overall, it's a good app. Interesting price point and Madhavan has been helpful with his suggestions. We would like to see and use more features in the near future.
