Great application with better support.
Zoko’s been a really solid experience so far. The interface is clean and easy to get used to, which makes a big difference because WhatsApp marketing can get confusing otherwise. The biggest win is the support. The team is available most of the time and they actually understand what you’re trying to do instead of giving generic replies. Aaquib, Mudit, and Rahul have been especially helpful throughout. What stood out to me is that they genuinely try to help you grow and even guide you to do things in a cost-efficient way. That intent really shows.
Its been only a month since I started using zoko. It is much better on every aspect from the platform which I was previously using. They assign a customer success manager (thank you Nishant for everything) who helps with not only getting up and running quickly but share great insights to improve overall conversion and return on investment. I was looking at a couple of different options for using whatsapp for our business. When comparing companies, I decided to try ZOKO. The on boarding was a breeze and my account manager, Nishant, helped me every step of the way. That is not where it stopped, he kept on monitoring our account and identified grow plans and "out of the box" ideas specific for our company.
