Zoko has been an excellent addition to our business, but what has truly made the experience outstanding is the support we received from Muzaina. She has been incredibly helpful, proactive, and patient throughout the entire onboarding and setup process. Her guidance made it so much easier to understand the platform, optimize our workflows, and start seeing real results. It's rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused support. We looked into various Whatsapp marketing solutions and finally settled on Zoko since it integrates fully with Shopify and is also more affordable than some of the other solutions out there. So far it has been an absolute pleasure working with Zoko, the support provided is excellent and the app has everything we wanted and a lot more. The revenue we recover from the abandoned cart flow alone makes the monthly subscription totally worth it, even if you don't use any other features.

I've changed from another WA API to Zoko & its been the best decision!. First in terms of the tool I find it game-changer, very straightforward and easy to navigate. I was looking to be able to answer directly to my clients only when its needed and automatize the rest; well, not only you can do that, but also train it to get more used to your brand's tone of voice and I find that crucial for my small business looking to scale. The help you receive in the onboarding process is priceless, the team is open to help with everything and dedicate time to explain step by step. They help me migrate, connect to meta, and build everything I need to get it up and running very quickly.

I’m extremely happy with my experience using Zoko. The interface is clean, intuitive, and far better than any competitor I’ve tried. Their support team is also excellent, every doubt I had was resolved quickly and clearly, and I genuinely feel I made a great decision choosing Zoko. I’ve already built custom flows and an automated AI chat that communicates seamlessly with customers. A special mention to Ben Thomas, who patiently guided me through the entire setup. After multiple sessions, I can confidently say he is exceptionally good at what he does. Overall, Zoko has made my workflow much easier, and I’ll definitely continue using it. Highly recommended!
