Zoko app is very good! It's helping us improve our customer service. We liked the most the automatic flows for cart retrieval, upsell and reorder. Customers are satisfied with better service and more likely to come back to us to buy more. In conclusion, the Zoko team is excellent; they follow you step by step in the account setup and are always available for any request. Great, recommended.

I use this app to integrate my whatsapp account with shopify store. At the beginning I was having some concerns to go for it, because I couldn't see them active in Social media. However after I met the team in an online meeting. everything was clear to me. I have just finished the onboarding 3 sessions which took around 1 month. In this month Zoko team came up with few amazing updates, that to me is a good sign which showed me that they are really active. My best feature 1) Abandoned cart flow 2) Review Flow 3) Broadcasting and Reports 4) Assigning agents 5) active customer Service 6) In chat store - a feature that allows you to share broducts/ adding to cart/ and send them a payment link all with in the chat I hope in the future they will allow us to have more customization in the flows. 100% I will recommend this app for any one who is looking to integrate their shopify store with whatsapp

Great app with helpful features for whatsapp business integrations, mainly for the newly launched websites/businesses. A REALLY Helpful support team. Great for blast marketing and broadcasts. Need to add certain basic features like multi language chat support with customers. Should allow re arrangement of the list of fixed 'quick replies'. The website is where all the features are available, on the mobile app the options are limited.

Zoko is an excellent addition to your E-commerce business flow. Whatsapp conversation with customers will become super easy. They have pre-made workflows for COD confirmation, shipping updates, abandoned cart messages, etc which will make your work easy.. Integration with other apps is also super fast... Lots of features. People working here are also easy to work with!! If it's WhatsApp, You shouldn't look elsewhere

Zoko is a good platform for driving sales and instead of calling every customer you can just text them a confirmation message and let them confirm themself and also the abandoned cart recovery was a success every potential customer was recovered using this option and we could also solve many customer queries with that option

This app is amazing! First of all, the team is very helpful and when you join they have onboarding calls to show you how to set things up. In terms of visibility and marketing, we are pushing this more than our mailers as once you have templates set up its so much quicker and the response is almost instant! The team is very quick and helpful when I have questions and thye easily look in on your backend to see whats going on if things aren't working - ie. If I set something up wrong ;) Highly recommend this app for anyone where Whatsapp is being used by customers frequently.

Zoko has really helped our website grow in sales and reach. It is an easy solution to automate your website and make it a hassle free process for the customers as well as business owners. It's features like abandon cart email, whatsapp broadcasts and segments has helped us reach our target audience.

My old review: "Zoko is costly compared to Wati. I started using Zoko for my D2C store. It was good. Then I used Wati for my B2B business. Comparatively, the amount of customization and flexibility we have on flows is more with Wati than Zoko. One more thing is 1000 conversations per month are free in WhatsApp. Just like that, Wati is also offering 1000 free platform conversations. But Zoko is charging for all the conversations. Now, I considered Freshmarketer, which is way more powerful and cheaper than Zoko. Do not choose Zoko. Go for either Wati or Freshmarketer. I'm planning to move to Wati or Freshmarketer soon." For this review, they have blocked my access to my dashboard without any update from their end. I've cleared all the bills! I'll take this to the Shopify app store.

Heard about this App by Zoko from a friend. I was sold as soon as I spoke to one of their customer representatives. Every person on their team is super helpful living up the the ethos of building a customer centric application. They are the most helpful and dependable when you need them the most for queries around customer relationship management, marketing etc. The best part is, they are highly invested in building this business and keep offering new solutions unlike other brands who build mindlessly. We have been using ZOKO to streamline our Whatsapp processes. It's been a smooth sail in last 6 months. Their was a proper hand-holding for our business manager verification till whatsapp number verification. best part is that team ZOKO is one message away on whatsapp. Thank you once again.
