1-1 customer service as never seen before. I've never experienced such a customized one-to-one customer service like this. Also, they are developing an app with great potential. I would recommend for stores that need to automatize their sales machine through WhatsApp.

Great experience so far. We have automated much of our ecommerce customer fronts like order confirmations, catalogue orders, and abandoned checkouts with their flows feature. Zoko has not just helped us to work with a lower headcount but at the same time it has increased our customer response time and overall customer buying experience / journey. Their team is highly cooperative, committed, and ease to work with. Keep it up!

Excellent App for WhatsApp Sales & Automation We've had a great experience using Zoko so far. It has helped us confirm more orders, especially on WhatsApp, and made the order confirmation process much easier for our customers. The automation tools have saved us time, improved our response rates, and significantly boosted overall engagement. We particularly appreciate the flexibility of the custom workflows — they’re powerful and allow us to adapt the platform to suit our specific operational needs. The Zoko support team has also been consistently helpful and responsive. The only issue we encountered was with inventory syncing — around half of our in-stock products on the website appeared as out of stock on the WhatsApp platform. This made integration a bit of a challenge initially. However, aside from that, everything has worked smoothly. Highly recommended for businesses looking to streamline WhatsApp communication and improve sales conversions.

Zoko has absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our customer service has improved tenfold and we are seeing a much higher ROAS compared to our email marketing. The interface is easy to use and the customer service, particularly from our agent Benn, has been outstanding. We can't wait to continue our Zoko journey and see where it takes us.

Absolutely loving Zoko! This app has honestly changed how I do business — and I’m not even finished setting up all the features yet! The possibilities feel endless, and everything just works so well. The dashboard is super easy to use and really straightforward, which makes everything feel less overwhelming. A huge shoutout to Nishant, who has been incredible with onboarding and support. Honestly, the whole support team has been amazing — quick to reply and always helpful. One of my favourite parts is how Zoko automates abandoned checkout messages, order confirmations, and tracking links — all through WhatsApp. In South Africa, WhatsApp is essential for business, and Zoko just makes it all flow so smoothly. The built-in AI tools are also super handy and help in ways I didn’t even realise I needed. If you’re unsure, just give the free trial a go. I was hooked within days. Highly recommend!

It might be better to add it to other channels such as Telegram and iMessage. The mobile app experience needs to be improved.
