We have been using Zoko at Flexnest for approx 1.5 months now and it's amazing to see how helpful the team and the product has been. Especially with their abandon cart flow we have been able to recover 50% of lost revenue consistently. Amazing and a must have app for all upcoming D2C brands

Great customer service and support - we needed a few crucial API integrations with other third party providers which was done seamlessly! Our whatsapp channels is a lot stronger today, thanks to Zoko :)

Apart from the whatsapp blast for marketing, this app makes it really hard to use whatsapp for businesses. Even their newly launched app is lacking in so many features. You cannot attach photos or files to the chat, and you cannot send products from your catalog to your customers. These are all the basic features available readily on whatsapp business. And since the app is still in beta version, we can only use this app via their website. Which is troublesome because the whole reason we want to link our business to whatsapp is for ease of communication. Also, you cant text anyone from Zoko after the 24 hour window. You have to either wait for that person to text you first, or use a template. Again, this makes things more complicated than just using regular Whatsapp for businesses. If you want to install this app, i recommend buying a new number, one that you intend to use solely for zoko whatsapp blast marketing, and use another number for your whatsapp business for regular chats with customers/clients. Dont sacrifice your current business number for this app because you cannot retrieve it again. Apart from the system not working well, atleast their customer service is really good. They reply very fast, even outside office hours. The three stars are for the customer service and whatsapp blast marketing that are really good. Zoko is a good concept, but still needs a lot of improvements.

We have been using this app since 2 years now and the results have been great. The customer support team has always helped us resolve any issues or queries. The app also helped us reduce customer grievances and improve our customer feedback score. The app has simplified the workflow between teams and increased productivity. We highly recommend this app.

The abandoned cart recoveries that we got out of this app was terrific ! We also found some useful workflows for some exception cases. Over all highly recommended !

This app is amazing, it will connnect to your own whatsapp line and manage incoming messages with multiple agents and the best of all is that it is deeply connected with shopify being able to send all ecommerce notifications thru your own whatsapp!!! And the support is the best, they will meet with you any day you want to set every message and features from their amazing app. Thank you so much for developing this app!

This is the BEST one I've used till date. They got me a green tick on whatsApp within a day. And all the functionalities are wonderful. They have a SUPERB team that is accessible and helps you resolve any issues within minutes. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants automation through WhatsApp.

We have tried at least 5 different companies for WhatsApp Api and non of them comes close to Zoko in functionality. If WhatsApp is a popular communication medium in your region give Zoko a try, you wont be disappointed with the results! P.s great customer service!

I usually dont leave reviews, but I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to do so because ZOKO is the best technological application that we have used to maximize the Shopify ecosystem. ZOKO's interface is very intuitive and easy to use, and it also has many very interesting features if your online store is on Shopify (i.e. place orders, track shipments, cancel items, among many others). In addition, the ZOKO team is totally open to developing new features so that we all benefit from the new capabilities. If you want to use the app not just for customer support, but to truly increase conversion rate, ZOKO is the ideal tool for you!

Super supportive team and super efficient app. If you have whatsapp api, then the entire setup takes few minutes and the crucial campaigns like abandoned cart start going out within no time.
