The app was working well until their recent update. Now I cannot even send abandoned cart messages. Support team is not helpful.

Mejoren como la version anterior, la version beta es malisima, los clientes no pueden ingresar su numero de whasapp porque piden codigo y lo hacen mas dificil a los nuevos prospectos, no dejan enviar mensajes manuales, al menos den la opcion al dueño del aplicativo que vuelva a la version anterior

No puedo enviar mensajes de whatsapp de forma manual para confirmar con mis clientes. Ha quitado la forma manual y es más complicado para contactar con clientes nuevos. Sería bueno que se agregara la opción de poder enviar mensajes de forma manual con una plantilla personalizada por uno mismo.

They have received so many negative reviews recently and no one from their team still bothers to reply to the emails we all are sending, This is totally unprofessional and very very bad for the business, You changed the UI for no reason if your numbers and templates were approved with whatsapp api than i don't think you there is any need to change everything which was actually good and many people were using their service. PS Don't bother to reply with your copy paste statement which you guys are doing since this change.

The app used to be good, after the last update it is completely bad, I do not recommend! I want a refund for the last two months!

Customer support is PATHETIC. They recently changed their UI and they have removed many good functionalities which were available earlier. When we reached out to customer support to help us figure things out so that we can continue BAU, no one has responded from there team even after repeated follow ups. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE.

It works as intended. I did look at other solutions but they were paid options so for a small business, this is a simple app that genuinely works.

Sul piano free non si riesce ad impostare il testo del pulsante di "share", non adatto alle esigenze!!!

Had used the app for the past year (happily), then they updated it and you can no longer send manual messages. Advised support and never received a concrete solution. Also lost all of our message templates, no advance notice that this change would delete existing templates. If you are trying to connect whatsapp to your shopify store, this is NOT the app.

I do not like this update, they raised the price and half of the features that I used before have been removed. I used to send manual messages to customers and was able to create templates with my customer order info. Now that's completely gone. I deleted the app and I'll be looking for another alternative.

I have been using Superlemon since the beginning and it was a great app. In the meantime a new team picked it up and the development and support have been HORRENDOUS. They update the app to a non-functional beta version right before Black Friday/Christmas. They automatically inject random popups and thank you page widgets that you CANNOT DISABLE. The support copy pastes the same template message regardless of your issue. For one specific problem we had on tablets, it took them 4 months to reply.

estou tendo uma experiência ruim, desde ontem tentando acessar meu painel para fazer configurações e nada, a pagina simplesmente não abre!! se hoje eu não conseguir resolver vou desinstalar o aplicativo.

Opt in Number request not updated its been 5 days...and they are saying it will be updated in 24 hours......i mail them several times but they dont want to resolve it...we are waiting for them to start promotion if they update but dont know what they want...and their is no priority support in their ultimate plan as they mentioned.......very bad
