No tiene soporte, deberían tener soporte inmediato por whatsapp, pero los correos que responden tienen una respuesta muy demorada y no resuelven ninguna duda. Deberían tener un buen soporte, ya que los recargos por mensajes enviados son altos, y eso que es adicional a la suscripción. Buscaré otras opciones.

We used this app for over a year and it worked super well. However they changed their plan and didn't let us know over email. The app stopped working and we learned from our customers.... ON TOP OF THAT, THEY INSERTED A POP UP IN OUR CART PAGE that STOPPED OUR CUSTOMERS FROM PROGRESSING TO CHECKOUT. We never signed up for any pop up, never allowed it. In summary, we had a 90% DROP in our checkout process. This app directly impacted our sales today negatively (our sales dropped 90% vs our daily average).

Utilizo no momento o chat Whatsapp. Muitos reclamam que deveria utilizar chat próprio, mas discordo. Tenho gostado muito desse chat whatsapp e tem me atendido muito bem. O fato de voce personalizar todo o conteudo também é um fator que qualifica ainda mais. Super recomendo!

Old version was great. The new version is garbage for small businesses. They changed the app to be suitable only for large businesses despite most Shopify customers are small businesses.

This is the worst app so far I came across. They don't even care or solve merchant issues. They don't even have a call support and they don't respond to mails. I have to wait for many days to resolve any issues.

Superlemon is deeply integrated with Shopify, allowing us to send various automated messages such as abandoned cart notifications and order update messages. You can review and manage these messages in the Automation section of our platform. It's important to note that we clearly state on our plans page that our free plan does not include a flat subscription fee. However, we do charge a usage-based fee. Additionally, we never send messages without taking explicit permission from Merchants. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
