I've been loving this app so far!! easy to use and highly customizable. I'm currently using the free version, but seriously considering moving for a paid plan. Great work!
Best customer support, and the most efficient WhatsApp App. Had faced some issue and they resolved it right away.
most of the time unable to send msg and it always show announcement stating there's an issue. This issues didnt solve for few months. Email support also didnt reply.

Abandoned Checkout Recovery not working for the longest time more than 90 days. No Email from them only a update notification on the app. Avoid!

No me gusto ya que no puedo modificar el mensaje que deseo le llegue al cliente, el que esta predefinido es demasiado, frio, distante poco amable, y robotizado. Les sugiero buscar forma para crear uno mismo el mensaje conforme el espiritu que deseamos mostrar a nuestros clientes

Deleted the APP. Used to work well for over a year but the last 6 months have had several issues. The automated Abandoned cart has stopped working twice, for weeks on end without any notification. Who knows how many sales have been lost due to this. It was addressed by the developers only for it to happen again a few weeks later. Been told it would be fixed in 2-3 days - more than a week later and no response. Very generic responses usually from the Help Desk Team. Unfortunately lost all faith in the app. Just found a better app for the same price with more functionality and more trust ratings.

For free Whatsapp integration - Impressive. After trying and failing 9-10 other Whatsapp chat Shopify apps this one installed and was up and running in minutes. No need payment, no Facebook account setup, no registration, no first-run bugs etc. It has very flexible presentation options (left/right, icons, agents, auto lists, on-line hours, off-line messages etc.) Will be trying this further for 1-2 weeks and feel confident in signing up for the not-expensive payment plan in the near future.
Connected several times for resolution of issue but getting no response. Very poor after-sales support. Not recommended
Super simple to install and customise. I just installed it yesterday and I hope it works without issues
We used to love this app. While we understand the current pandemic situation - having been a paid customer for months and not receiving responses on business-critical bugs or issues with the app for over a week even after emailing the support and messaging one of the founders personally is unacceptable in our opinion. We are migrating to another service provider. UPDATE: Developer's reply says that the issue is fixed. I'm assuming this is an automated response as the issues have not been fixed.
