The Interakt ‑ Sell on WhatsApp app simplifies catalog setup, but lacks variant options similar to those provided by Haptik for Jio. It would greatly enhance the user experience, especially for 'Advanced' subscribers, if this feature were made available.

The integration features and automation in this application are impressive, particularly the catalog management capabilities. Overall, it's a well-designed app. However, one area that could be improved is the response time for emails. Enhancing this aspect would ensure that we receive timely replies, thereby optimizing communication efficiency.

we have started using interakt since november. Everything works well, had some issues with catalog but that has been addressed well by the team. thanks
