Easy to integrate plugin. Except for a few bugs during the integration with Shopify, it looks fine. Akansh from Support team is really helpful and knowledgeable in fixing the issues.

We have been using Interakt to set up our whatsapp business api and manage order related, customer support and marketing communications. The onboarding with them was smooth. Overall the product and its features are good. The team is reachable to sort out the technical issue or queries that ever arises.

It took 15-20 mins for all the products to sync with the platform. it's a very useful tool for Shopify order notifications and WhatsApp commerce also has good customer service
