Wonderful experience with Interakt. Super convenient and clean UI/Ux. The dashboard is pretty seamless and not cluttered and the support team has been super cooperative and helpful.

After using several Shopify apps, I can confidently say that Interakt is one of the best app for the Whatsapp on the Shopify app store. The level of support provided by the app team is exceptional. Whenever I had a question or an issue, the support team responded quickly and provided a comprehensive solution to my problem. The integration is so smooth that I hardly noticed that I was using a third-party app. The app provides a wide range of features that improve customers' shopping experience.

Support is good and migration process and the account set up was quick. Automated campaigns and catalog feature works particularly well.

It took 15-20 mins for all the products to sync with the platform. Apart from this, automated campaigns is one of the most useful feature & quick support from interakt team.
