Very Nice Interakt product with Shopify. All products sync with complete details. Interakt dashboard very user friendly. if its connected with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory / Zoho Commerce also it will be very much useful.

most of the errors in the catalog in conversion and integration are not available on the whatsapp help icon on home or every page this one is a solution or problems ?

Have been using Interakt for a month now. The customer support is really responsive and helpful. Really liked the automated messaging and notification system which keeps the hustle for you out of hand. Would recommend this platform for all the eCommerce businesses like ours.

INTERAKT is not Facebook/Meta. Please be adviced that this is an unprofessional Indian company working on behalf of them. The system has several bugs, problems. This is unnacceptable when it comes to a Whatsapp API, one of the most important aspects of a business in today's world. The team does not respond to our doubts via email. They have ignored and stoped responding after 2 weeks of use. We have several emails that have not been attended. The same goes for their Whats App service, they never respond and only work during Indian Hours. Which is unnacceptable for a worlwide service provider. Their agents are not capable of helping, they need to write down the doubts and go to the programer. It does not work as they do not speak english properly and there are several missunderstandings. Last, they have missed scheduled appointments. It was at 7am for us and they did not show up. We have evidence of all this. If this were a provider of any app then we would not complain. As a big company we are not used to deal with such unprofessional behaviour. We expected more due that it is part of the Facebook/Meta family. It is quit sad that FB invested in this type of company instead of devoloping the project bythemselves and avoid problems.
