The catalog connected easily with the platform. Seems to be a good feature but there is one disadvantage- you could only send 300 products to your customers at once and not more than that. A major disappointment from Whatsapp

The catalog connects easily with the platform. Quite a nice feature. Just one disadvantage that you could only select 10 collections not more than that.

There is no need now for someone to pickup calls and answer for delivery & return related issues. The chatbot works like a dream & the support from the Interakt Team is just too good. I just wish that that variant shopping options come soon on WhatsApp

Catalog connects easily within minutes. Was easily able to fetch the collections from Shopify to the platform. The only concern is regarding the variant, I hope this gets resolved.

The catalog connects easily with the platform, listing all the collections from shopify. Works well, Hope it makes a difference in sales. The only issue is regarding variants. Hope Whatsapp resolves it.
