Very basic app. You could just send a few order notification messages that are also very short, lame and not much customizable. I wish they have more options including an option to sending marketing or other type of messages through APIs
Very limited option, no option create new template, no option to increase daily limit even after verification, no option to contact support, only getting automated replies.

when i tried to customize the preset template, product_image got disappeard
Hi there, Thanks for trying the new message customization feature that lets you customize nessage tenplates to match your brand. The feature already allows for custom images on customized templates. Based, on your feedback, we have updated it to also allow combining default product images with a customized template. Please check out the update.
