Todas las plantillas están configuradas y preseleccionadas en español y la APP se le da por enviarle los mensajes de automatización en INGLES a los clientes, que error tan grabe y no lo he podido solucionar ni pidiendo soporte técnico, estoy pensando en dejar de usar la App

In order management it is missing an option to send a message for local pick up. Something like - Your order #1234 is ready to be picked up at this and this location + opening hours. Currently it sends a message that says "Your order has been shipped", which customers find confusing.
