Their online support guide is really helpful, and when stuck in or in need of a custom solution, Emily at Pixel Union went above and beyond to make sure everything was configured to our needs. I couldn't be happier and 100% recommend choosing this app.

Wholesale Club app is the perfect solution for our store. So easy to install and use. The support from James at Pixel Union has been more than helpful and prompt. I would 100% recommend this app and Pixel Union too! And two years on we're still using the app and Kay has been amazing in support.

Have used their app plenty and it is really useful, their support email is very helpful and got my issues sorted, the only thing I wish they had was an automated way of importing price list updates so that we can get that done when new values are needed without having to do it manually but overall great product and very friendly staff

Quite disappointing, and a huge waste of time. So we installed this app, to integrate with our trade store, but the most basic feature are not in this app. We paid $100 for the additional feature of adding discount for bulk orders, however, this does not work per collection... It only works for the whole store, so you can't separate your catalog at all. (This is actually quite funny, since by default, you can offer automatic discounts to customers based on specific collections or products in shopify...) We then paid another 100$ for the feature of adding discounts to tagged products. However, this ran into severe issues, and it bugged out the app, since our customers have different tags based on which brand they have a trade discount for. The support overall is also extremely slow, we purchased some themes from them, because they look great, but they are quite a few issues each time, and theme support is even slower! It can easily take up to 5 days for you to get a reply about an issue, which just results in a crazy amount of lost time for apps or themes that don't work.

Although not using all the features of Wholesale club, we needed to bypass the standard checkout & also offer different levels of discount to certain customers. This app does it perfectly! James was very quick to help out with small styling changes we needed too.

This app works well, and the support staff was very responsive and helpful to work out kinks that were specific to our theme and checkout. Important to note that the theme works with Cart Type: Page, only.

The customer support has been amazing. The team have replied to my requests for help within 24 hours and even fixed up small bits of coding that I couldn't do myself. The plug-in does take a little bit of time to get your head around but it does everything that I need it to and it's the perfect option for offering wholesale to my customers without the need to set up a completely different platform.

No free of cost support, if you have a store with a huge amount of product, the app don't work and have a bad Performance. Advanced Support costs you 90USD, additional functionality also only available on additional cost. Bad service but a lot to pay before you can be testt it is working or not.

If I could give Emily, Sara and the team 100 stars I would. They were so kind, attentive and flexible on helping me setup Wholesale Club and made the process smooth, simple and exhausted every option available so that my store could work powerfully and smoothly. I will 1,000% recommend them and use them in the future. It is a sophisticated app that can really level up your wholesaling game without stressing yourself out on new tools to use with Shopify.

this is a game changer for our wholesale business. With only $24 a month and a one time fee of $99 for custom prices, I was able to do what an advanced shopify account worth thousands of dollars monthly can do. support was great.

September 2021: We got excellent support from James who sent a detailed explanation including supportive videos to help us solve an issue we had been facing for quite a while. After several requests for support before that didn't work out well, we finally got the support we needed and the issue could be solved easily. July 2020: What happened to this App? We've been using it on 2 of our shops - at first it was great. Now it's full of glitches, we keep getting customer complaints, customer service is poor at best. Response time is long and they general blame the issue on us??? Time to look for a new solution. What a shame.

Unfortunately, it appears that this wonderful app is no longer as good as it used to be. Many changes in the last two months have been causing long delays on fixes and many more issues. I'm jumping out
