Ken Brummage of Gorilla Wholesale offered me amazong support and helped me understadning fully how the app works. I would defintely recommend a Calendy chat with Ken in your free trial if you are thinking of taking a Wholesale App, he takes a common sense approach to working things through and understands what would work best for me.

There are a lot of wholesale apps available and so choosing the right one is a difficult decision. However I went with Wholesale Gorilla after reading reviews on the shopify platform and also independent blogs and reviews. They have been absolutely brilliant at helping me along the way of set up and answering questions the same day.The set up process is actually quite straightforward but anything I was unsure about they took the time to help. I love the way my wholesale site looks the same as my retail site as I didn't want to lose any of my design. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to start a wholesale platform to use Wholesale Gorilla. A big thank you to all the team but especially Clementine who has guided me every step of the way.

The wholesale gorilla app works great for our webshop with wholesale and retail customers. It makes it very easy to set different wholesale conditions, while using the same inventory and product information. Besides the support team is great and is also willing to implement small custom preferences. We are a fan!

Excellent support. We have been using for a few years and have only had a couple of issues and they were both resolved quickly. The best wholesale solution I could find. Lots of options to fit multiple needs we have.

I am extremely disappointed with Wholesale Gorilla as they made changes to the incorrect (and live) theme version of my website at approximately 3am on a Saturday of a long weekend. Wholesale Gorilla were advised of the theme name that needed to be updated however went outside their permission and scope. Even when advising them that they had updated the incorrect theme they failed to address this.
We apologize for the confusion with your theme update request. We have addressed the issue and have made changes to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Friendly and helpful support. They just carried out 2 new installations for us and a tune up of one of our existing installs we have had running sucessfully for the past couple of years. All updates ready by the time I arrived next morning. Would definitely recommend them.

With minimal effort and time on my part, this app has provided me with a complete wholesale solution for my business... and it's simply bolted on to my existing retail store! the support has been excellent for the few minor style customisations required for my theme. Highly recommend!!

This does not work the way it claims. Then when I uninstalled the app it will not allow me to delete all these extra unneeded pages that the app created. This is not a good practice.

I've tried so many apps to help sell wholesale on my shopify and this is the only app I found that had all the functionality I needed. Support have been very helpful and kindly answered all my questions promptly. Recommend :)

We recently had to opportunity to work with this amazing company developing and incorporating more options for your wholesale needs. If you happen to have a company that handles your own inventory for retail and wholesale and can not find an app that keeps your inventory tracking separate, THIS APP WILL NOW HANDLE YOUR NEEDS! No need in paying for a second store or a costly app that does not provide you with the specific needs that you are looking for to handle all your business from one Shopify store. This NEW AND IMPROVED app does it all and MORE! We are a small company that offers retail and wholesale and had been struggling for months and months trying to find an app that we could allow our wholesalers to place orders with us but we did not want the wholesalers to take from the retail inventory that we personally control in our warehouse. We downloaded several apps that we thought would work but were unsuccessful including Gorilla wholesale, the difference was, Gorilla wholesale listened to our specific needs. Gorilla wholesale realized after speaking with us that there was not any wholesale app out there to fit the needs of small companies such as ourselves looking to handle retail and wholesale from one store without messing up our inventory and diligently worked side by side with us PERFECTING AND IMPROVING their app. We can not brag about their customer service enough! Wholesale Gorilla has been excellent for us so far and their customer support has been nothing but terrific. Due to a recent update with shopify, the auto send invoice has not been working for us but that has not been a big deal. I do wish there was more customization allowed but I know they are working hard on it and there is no other app that could do what we need Wholesale Gorilla to do.

We wanted to love this app. There were issues with the app that we just couldn't get worked out. Maybe it wouldn't work with our theme? We had to uninstall it.
