This integration is top notch! We've been using them since we launched our website and they are amazing! I'd draw attention to their customer service which is not only the FASTEST of anyone I've worked with but every time I get the same absolutely AMAZING Clementine who always helps me with any issue. Any time there is a problem, I know she's got my back. If you're looking to integrate wholesale pricing and retail into one website seamlessly, this is the app for you!!!

We've been using Wholesale Gorilla for years now and they have been fantastic. I can not recommend them enough. If you ever have an issue (which is super rare) their support staff is top notch as well. They take minutes to respond, not days, and get things fixed instantly. Such a great company. Try them out, you're going to love this app!

Lightning fast customer service!! I had one of my wholesale customers report issues with checking out on our site - I contacted Wholesale Gorilla about the issue and they responded immediately. Clementine did some troubleshooting and had the issue resolved really quickly, which was such a relief. This is one small business that will be working with Wholesale Gorilla forever!

The customer service you get with this app is fantastic. They even went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue that didn't have anything to do with the app. I would recommend this app to those looking for a wholesale option. The price rules are super simple to set up.

This app solves a lot of headaches for us, and we appreciate that! Customer service is fantastic with quick, very helpful responses. It checks a lot of boxes for us and is much better than the other wholesale software available outside of Shopify.

I can't say enough good things about this app! The team behind it is absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. Despite the timezone difference, they've been handled every customisation enquiry with quick and friendly support. It's so refreshing to interact with a team that genuinely cares about their users. The app itself is fantastic as well. The back-end is simple and easy to use and offers a lot of options for wholesalers to shop online. We had an issue where wholesale pricing was not showing up after some rule updates and right before 4th of July on a Thursday. I reached out to get the ball rolling in hopes I would have a response by the following Monday when I returned to work. Clementine responded the same day, and we started working through the issue. She even took a further look on July 4th and figured out the problem. It was an easy fix, and I didn't have to worry about customer complaints on Monday morning. This was my first time having an issue with the app, and it was because of a setting I overlooked on some new collections. Great app and amazing customer support! Thank you so much, Clementine! :)

Thank you for being a Wholesale Gorilla customer for 5 years. It turns out you were charged by Shopify on May 4 for the month, before you uninstalled the app on May 6. This was a Shopify billing cycle issue. When you made our support team aware that you had uninstalled, we immediately refunded you the charge. We hope this sheds light into the matter. Again, thank you for being a Wholesale Gorilla customer for all these years.

Very helpful staff, who assisted in finding the right plan to integrate how customers wanted the site to show up. App works great and is a very useful tool to show discounts using tags.

Works great, does exactly what it's suppose to do. Easy and quick to set up. Had a slight issue after a few months, but with the online chat it was sorted within 20 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the product or service.
