Excellent support. We have been using for a few years and have only had a couple of issues and they were both resolved quickly. The best wholesale solution I could find. Lots of options to fit multiple needs we have.

I am extremely disappointed with Wholesale Gorilla as they made changes to the incorrect (and live) theme version of my website at approximately 3am on a Saturday of a long weekend. Wholesale Gorilla were advised of the theme name that needed to be updated however went outside their permission and scope. Even when advising them that they had updated the incorrect theme they failed to address this.

Friendly and helpful support. They just carried out 2 new installations for us and a tune up of one of our existing installs we have had running sucessfully for the past couple of years. All updates ready by the time I arrived next morning. Would definitely recommend them.

Go above and beyond to fix any issues. Great app that we don't have to look at often it just works in the background exactly as needed

This does not work the way it claims. Then when I uninstalled the app it will not allow me to delete all these extra unneeded pages that the app created. This is not a good practice.

I've tried so many apps to help sell wholesale on my shopify and this is the only app I found that had all the functionality I needed. Support have been very helpful and kindly answered all my questions promptly. Recommend :)

Wholesale Gorilla has been excellent for us so far and their customer support has been nothing but terrific. Due to a recent update with shopify, the auto send invoice has not been working for us but that has not been a big deal. I do wish there was more customization allowed but I know they are working hard on it and there is no other app that could do what we need Wholesale Gorilla to do.

We wanted to love this app. There were issues with the app that we just couldn't get worked out. Maybe it wouldn't work with our theme? We had to uninstall it.

Helpful and fairly responsive, does the dev work for us! We previously had a separate Shopify store, and this has saved us time and effort transferring inventory to different warehouses. Our retailers also love it because they don't want to have to go to multiple sites to view what's available. So far, so good with this app!

Does just about everything I could ask for, and the service is terriffic! Their email reply to me bounced and Ann went out of her way to email again to make sure I got the reply. Super easy setup, user friendly, and really fast integration. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Wholesale Gorilla, specifically Clementine, is always so fast to respond with any issues that may come up. Even if it isn't necessarily a Wholesale Gorilla issues, she helps find a solution. I'm very happy with their service! I also appreciate the recent updates to the quick order form!

This is what happens when you have a panic attack and do things in a manic state. :( I've been using their app for a while and while it's expensive, you do get a lot of bang for your buck. For the mid tier package, it pretty much covers everything you need for basic B2B. I only wish I could hide certain customers from purchasing certain products. It is available, but I have to pay their top tier price for it and I just can't afford it. As it is, the pricing is still high but it's very clear they are active in updating their UI and streamlining the process to make it as easy as possible. BTW, their customer support is excellent. You poor guys didn't deserve that 1 star update. I was confused about the email until I backtracked to see the damage I caused. I'm so SO sorry about that. Anyway, if you are looking for a good B2B app to help our your wholesale journey, this is a great addition.

Updated Review: After seeing my review on their site, their head of customer service contacted me directly from their personal email to make sure I got the answer I needed. Amazing customer service. I believe there was an issue of my emails never reaching their support team, so if you do not get a response within 24 hours, try sending them an email from a different address. Review on 1/4/2023: The app works pretty well. However, there is an issue with tagging customers as "Wholesale" when Shopify wants to default the tag to "wholesale" and apparently the lowercase "w" throws off the app from recognizing the customer as wholesale. I have emailed support 4 separate times in the last 30 days and have yet to hear from them. Lack of support is really making me rethink which app I use.

We have used this app for some time, though basic it does the job really well and the support team are excellent, always on hand to answer the questions we have, and replies are full of screen shots to help us out.

VERY BAD I ASK OVER AND OVER FOR HELP!!!! ITS LOOK OK WHEN I START BUT NOBODY HELP ME UNTIL TODAY I SEND 4-7 MAILS...... AND ASK FOR CHANGES... THANKS ORIAN

Brilliant app. Great customer service! Probably does a lot more than we use it for. Very useful for those who don't want to pay for ShopifyPlus!
