I absolutely love this app. Its flexibility makes it fantastic to cater to your business needs. Everything I was trying to accomplish on my wholesale page was possible with Wholesale Gorilla. The support team and customer service is impeccable and they really strive to help you. I feel it is at the core of their business model. I have spoken to Clementine multiple times and she's not annoyed with me yet :) I am not very savvy with Shopify... I felt the set up was very easy and when I got stuck, help was very easy/quick to get. I think I waited 30 seconds or less each time. Thanks for all the help and support. I highly recommend this app! Easy to use, wholesale customers love it. Would be great to be able to see the wholesale sales separate to the online sales for reporting and KPIs.

This is the best B2B app I have found by far. They have a great process of setting it up on your theme template and the rest I was able to set up with ease. The only thing I have to do is set up tier pricing and it will be everything we wanted Customer service is amazing and will do whatever they can to help you out.

The wholesale gorilla app works great for our webshop with wholesale and retail customers. It makes it very easy to set different wholesale conditions, while using the same inventory and product information. Besides the support team is great and is also willing to implement small custom preferences. We are a fan!

I am extremely disappointed with Wholesale Gorilla as they made changes to the incorrect (and live) theme version of my website at approximately 3am on a Saturday of a long weekend. Wholesale Gorilla were advised of the theme name that needed to be updated however went outside their permission and scope. Even when advising them that they had updated the incorrect theme they failed to address this.

Friendly and helpful support. They just carried out 2 new installations for us and a tune up of one of our existing installs we have had running sucessfully for the past couple of years. All updates ready by the time I arrived next morning. Would definitely recommend them.

Go above and beyond to fix any issues. Great app that we don't have to look at often it just works in the background exactly as needed

This does not work the way it claims. Then when I uninstalled the app it will not allow me to delete all these extra unneeded pages that the app created. This is not a good practice.

I've tried so many apps to help sell wholesale on my shopify and this is the only app I found that had all the functionality I needed. Support have been very helpful and kindly answered all my questions promptly. Recommend :)

Wholesale Gorilla has been excellent for us so far and their customer support has been nothing but terrific. Due to a recent update with shopify, the auto send invoice has not been working for us but that has not been a big deal. I do wish there was more customization allowed but I know they are working hard on it and there is no other app that could do what we need Wholesale Gorilla to do.

We wanted to love this app. There were issues with the app that we just couldn't get worked out. Maybe it wouldn't work with our theme? We had to uninstall it.
