The app has been fantastic and has integrated well into our system. Unlike a couple of different apps we tried, this doesn't have the lag of displaying prices. The Wholesale Pricing ap has been one of the best additions that I have made to my store! Not only has it given me the features that I am looking for but their support is top notch! I've spent 200+ dollars (almost six months of subscription) and a lot of time and work subscribing to this app, which is impossible to connect with my existing theme and other e-store essential apps. I am beyond furious and unhappy with the product. When I contacted the service because the application functions were not working, I received requests to make additional payments. I have given the developers several hundred euros by receiving a service that I have never been able to use. I do not recommend this product.

The app is straightforward and easy to use. Whether its a percentage discount or a dollar amount off, whether you have one wholesaler level or many. But what tops the app, is the excellent - very excellent customer support. I'd give more stars if it allowed. I did encounter some issues that I feel are unique and the support was responsive and extremely helpful. Great app, great customer support.

I tried the free trial for the "Basic" plan, I spent 20 minutes on it realizing there were features that were only for the top paid plan..... It made it very confusing for me to work with as it wasn't clear at all what the basic plan covered as I was given everything to work with... I feel as though this is a scam to make me spend time on all of it and setting it all up then after the free trial saying i need to upgrade. I am not for that at all. I reached out to support and they said they would have to manually remove those features and need approval.......... even though they weren't features supposed to be in the basic plan to begin with... I ended up wasting about an hour of my time in total and decided to un-install this app as this gave me very un easy vibes! No thank you.

Great customer support and functionality. It will require some tinkering and adjusting but if you take the time to do things right, you will have a fully functioning wholesale section of your store. The support team goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need though
