Reconciling to Xero is effortless and seamless. Customer support is next level - just about anything and everything you can dream up, they will set up as a feature. I have three Shopify sites now and could not live without Xero Bridge.

We have tried a few options for Shopify to Xero linking and Parex has been by far the most accurate and the easiest. Their support has been top tier each time we've needed to contact them.

Took me a while to find a good app that will sync shopify to xero, make reconciliation easy and account for tax on overseas sales. I also needed to backdate 1 year of transactions which only cost a fraction of what other apps charge. Customer support is top notch and quick to respond too!

I have been using this app for years but it stopped working properly recently. It is good app if it works. 2 issues. 1. It converts currency wrong. It convers USD to CAD when we get USD orders and xero recognize it as CAD again. It converts to USD 2 times. I sent message to the support several weeks ago but no one response. 2. Finally it stopped to syncing completely from yesterday. *Thank you for your reply. I searched my inbox for the first inquiry again but cannot find any response my side. If you sent and I din't get it, that would be a problem of google workplace. I need to contact them. Can you send the screenshot of your reply to verify?
Thank you for using our app. Our team had replied to your email from last month as well. We are committed to resolving the issues you are facing. Our support team is already in touch with you regarding this. By default, the orders sync in the store currency and not in the payment currency. We do have a feature where we could setup the order to be synced in the payment currency. The issue of orders not syncing on that Saturday was a separate issue due to a rate outage in our data centre provider. Our team is committed to resolving the issues that you are facing. Seamless. Been using it for more than 2 years and I don't even have to think about it. I've reached out to support a couple of times and they responded quickly, looked into the matter properly and dealt with issues efficiently. I'd absolutely recommend.

I would highly recommend this app to others! The customer support was incredibly helpful, even with all of my nagging concerns and needs. They were attentive and always timely with their responses. Not to mention super polite! The actual syncing works great as well - super simple and streamlined - never had an issue. A definite +5 stars from me :)

Amazing customer support. We had a slight issue with what codes products were synching to, it was resloved within seconds via webchat.

Excellent customer service. We've been using the app for a few weeks now and haven't had any issues with it so far. It provides all the functionality that we need and we haven't had any service interruption issues with it at all. I'm very pleased we chose this app. Customer support is always very quick and any issues are solved quickly.

Really, really good. I needed multiple websites to link to one xero account and this wasn't quite so simple to do myself (although I did most of it), but a quick message to support and the tweaks were made instantly. Awesome support!
