Yanet Returns & Exchanges

I’ve tried quite a few return apps, and Yanet is hands down the best overall. I previously used AfterShip and was incredibly frustrated with it. Yanet is straightforward to set up, with clear logic and a well‑thought‑out design. It has far fewer bugs. It blows that overhyped, top‑downloaded garbage app AfterShip out of the water.

APP helped us a lot to let the customer doing refund and exchange alone without any mistakes, we didn't find any weakness points. customer service is perfect, replying fast assisting you to configure everything, especially TRACY, she helped us alot

It's a valuable app with fair pricing. It might miss some small enhancements and customisation options, but the best part is the customer service. It's available all the time and does its best to help.

Doesn't send return instructions once you approve the return. You have to go back and "resend" approval email. Ive contacted them several times and have not fixed the issue.
