the customer submits a picture a proof that the product is in same condition but it just won't show in the form! its been days and no one fixes it!

Pretty good app to maintain returns and exchanges. Not to mention great support from Alex. Worth it considering the app being free.

This plugin is very useful, and the customer service staff Alex is also very responsible — He always help me resolve issues promptly. I do have one suggestion: it would be even better if more shipping carriers could be added, such as UPS.
