Outstanding App and Exceptional Support! Yanet - Return and Exchange is hands down one of the best Shopify apps I’ve ever used! Eine wirklich gute App und ein toller Support . Das einzige was noch fehlt ist eine komplette Übersetzung für Kunden aus Deutschland . Teilweise kann man dass ganze selber übersetzen , der support konnte mir da gut helfen. Preis / Leistung ist top Ich hoffe , dass die App gut an Kunden gewinnt , aber die aktuellen Bestandskunden wenn die App mal kostenpflichtig wird wirklich einen guten Preisnachlass bekommen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Die App erfüllt ihren Zweck und ist auch noch gebührenfrei. Die Optik wirkt leider noch recht schlicht und die eine oder andere Änderung muss über den Support erfolgen. Der Support ist jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Großen und Ganzen kann nich die App weiterempfehlen.

Ich nutze Yanet: Returns and Exchanges in meinem Shop, und ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein. Die App macht das Einreichen und Verwalten von Rückgabe- und Umtauschanfragen unglaublich einfach. Besonders gefällt mir die klare Struktur in den verschiedenen Schritten, die den gesamten Prozess für uns und unsere Kunden transparent und nachvollziehbar macht. Dank Yanet haben wir jetzt endlich ein professionelles Rückgabeportal, das unsere Kunden genauso schätzen wie wir. Absolute Empfehlung!
