I couldn’t be more impressed with the support I received from Alex at Yanet. I had a few custom requests and expected it might take some time, but Alex responded and delivered exactly what I needed within minutes! Super professional, incredibly efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. If every customer support experience were like this, the world would be a better place. Yanet has completely streamlined my store’s return process! It’s incredibly user-friendly—for both me and my customers. I really appreciate how the entire workflow is automated, from approvals to email notifications—it saves me a ton of time. I had to switch from another app that was not supported anymore and i just love this app and the customer service provided. quick and efficient. Very easy to set up and the team answered every question for help promptly. I hope this will meet our needs. Will report back with an update

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this app’s support team. I reached out multiple times with small issues, and every single time, I was told that nothing could be done. It feels like they are completely unwilling to provide even the most basic customizations or assistance. While the basic support team is very responsive, the developer team clearly doesn’t care about helping in any way. They refuse to support even the smallest customizations, like changing text or providing any guidance on whether it’s possible to do it yourself. It’s clear that they don’t care about customer support or improving their service. If you’re looking for an app with helpful support, look elsewhere.
