I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this app’s support team. I reached out multiple times with small issues, and every single time, I was told that nothing could be done. It feels like they are completely unwilling to provide even the most basic customizations or assistance. While the basic support team is very responsive, the developer team clearly doesn’t care about helping in any way. They refuse to support even the smallest customizations, like changing text or providing any guidance on whether it’s possible to do it yourself. It’s clear that they don’t care about customer support or improving their service. If you’re looking for an app with helpful support, look elsewhere.

This app is a saveer, it has everything we were looking for. App is fantastic, very easy to configure and use. ALEX was so kind and helpful throughout the process. he was amazing! Thanks Alex!
