I was looking for an app to handle returns for our customers, and after a lot of searching, almost all the apps were paid. But to my surprise, this app offers the same features as the paid ones. The app is truly excellent, and the customer support is also outstanding and very fast. So, thank you very much!

Update 6/4 Still no communication on the issues. Looks like a decent app but we have bneen unable to update any of the emails that would have gone out. 2 stars at it looks decent but has some serious issues with customizing even the emails.

I've checked several similar apps, but I was surprised that the app provided almost everything for free. And when I asked the question via chat, the support guy - Alex was super quick in his response and helpful.

The app is all over the place. While it does allow reasons/image attachments, and is free, you still lose money because the app doesn't make customers pay for shipping labels or deduct them from the refund amount. The support team is inconsistent with their replies too, and they lie to you just to go on about their day (yes Tracy, I'm talking about you.) Don't use this, you're just going to lose money with this app.
