Outstanding Support from Alex at Yanet! We recently needed assistance with the returns and exchange plugin, and Alex from Yanet went above and beyond to help us. His response time was quick, It's rare to come across such dedicated support these days, and Alex truly made the experience seamless. Highly recommend both the plugin and the amazing support team behind it—especially Alex!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my incredibly positive experience with App Yanet, and especially with Alex. First off, it's truly remarkable how great and helpful this app is, especially considering it's free! It offers so much value and has genuinely assisted me in numerous ways. While it's already fantastic, I'm excited by the potential for even more updates and features that could be added in the future. What truly sets this experience apart is the outstanding support from Alex. Whenever I've had an issue or a question, Alex has been incredibly helpful and responsive. It's clear they are really reasonable and genuinely understand my questions, providing clear, concise, and effective solutions every time. I was looking for an app to handle returns for our customers, and after a lot of searching, almost all the apps were paid. But to my surprise, this app offers the same features as the paid ones. The app is truly excellent, and the customer support is also outstanding and very fast. So, thank you very much!

Update 6/4 Still no communication on the issues. Looks like a decent app but we have bneen unable to update any of the emails that would have gone out. 2 stars at it looks decent but has some serious issues with customizing even the emails.
