I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my incredibly positive experience with App Yanet, and especially with Alex. First off, it's truly remarkable how great and helpful this app is, especially considering it's free! It offers so much value and has genuinely assisted me in numerous ways. While it's already fantastic, I'm excited by the potential for even more updates and features that could be added in the future. What truly sets this experience apart is the outstanding support from Alex. Whenever I've had an issue or a question, Alex has been incredibly helpful and responsive. It's clear they are really reasonable and genuinely understand my questions, providing clear, concise, and effective solutions every time. This level of dedication and understanding is rare and highly appreciated. Thank you, Alex, for making App Yanet an even better experience!

Update 6/4 Still no communication on the issues. Looks like a decent app but we have bneen unable to update any of the emails that would have gone out. 2 stars at it looks decent but has some serious issues with customizing even the emails.

I've checked several similar apps, but I was surprised that the app provided almost everything for free. And when I asked the question via chat, the support guy - Alex was super quick in his response and helpful.

The app is all over the place. While it does allow reasons/image attachments, and is free, you still lose money because the app doesn't make customers pay for shipping labels or deduct them from the refund amount. The support team is inconsistent with their replies too, and they lie to you just to go on about their day (yes Tracy, I'm talking about you.) Don't use this, you're just going to lose money with this app.
