The Yanet app is powerful, but the best part is the customer support. I needed to enable the 'Return Fee' function, which is essential for my business. I reached out to their support team, and they activated it on my account immediately and for free. It's great to know that if you need help or a specific feature, their team is responsive and willing to assist. A very positive experience

Yanet made returning and exchanging items super easy! The app itself is really straightforward, and I especially want to thank Tracy from Customer Support, she was so helpful and walked me through everything. Definitely recommend it!

An Amazing App with Even Better Support! My experience with Yanet: Returns and Exchanges has been too good. For a free app, the amount of value it provides is truly remarkable. It's incredibly helpful and has made managing returns and exchanges so much easier. What really makes this app stand out, though, is the phenomenal customer support, specifically from Tracy. On every occasion I've had a question or a problem, Tracy has been exceptionally responsive and helpful. She provides clear, effective solutions and genuinely understands the issues at hand. This level of dedicated support is rare and makes a huge difference. Thank you, Tracy, for making an already great app an absolutely outstanding experience! Highly recommended.

Yanet has streamlined my return and exchange process like no other app. It's intuitive, customizable, and packed with features. Customer support is nice, specifically Alex. Perfect for boosting post-sale efficiency and keeping customers happy.

I have been trying to find an app that solves the returns and exchange issue. Unfortunately other apps arent as intuitive as this one. While integration with the shipping providers is limited right now but i am hopeful that they will add more shipping providers as they grow. Additionally, customer support is top notch. Smooth Returns + Excellent Support! Yanet: Returns and Exchanges has made handling return and exchange requests on my Shopify store so much easier. The interface is clean, and the setup was straightforward — exactly what I needed to simplify my post-sale process. A special shoutout to Alex from the support team!
