Customer service is fantastic. Helpful and attentive. App itself could use an update for mobile devices.

I have tried to gain verification a handful of times when Yotpo was newer and always had no luck with support. Now I was able to get in touch with an agent after only a minute or two. Great help and assistance, the process was a breeze!

Yotpo is amazing to use. I am a complete newbie to this and got a lot of help from the customer support agents. Princess, Marnie, and Rock were patient and super helpful with my queries, and even will go to the back end to help fix some issues I had. For the people Yotpo gets 5 stars.

My account was not verified for a few months without me knowing. But Melvin has been of great help to fix this issue in less than 10mn.

Yotpo so far has had great service. The interface is very easy to navigate. I spoke to an agent named Melvin who helped me through the whole verification process and they made it very easy and helped a lot!

The apps takes a bit more effort to be fully set up :/. I was able to speak with Melvin and he was able to give me a guide to get started and was really helpful.

they actually have been surprisingly helpful and quick to respond. John D was very helpful and patient. Definitely very beginner friendly!

So far so good, had some issues getting the sms verifcation to go through but Melvin was able to sort this out during customer service chat immediately. Overall I think this is a pretty straight forward add on once you get the hang of it.

Marnie was great. Customer service was excellent. Very patient and helpful… I hope everything works out. i’m happy that 10,000 emails are free per month. Also, Quin was very helpful and efficient and helped me lots. Wonderful spirit.
