John D was great support. They all usually get straight to it and are helpful with any issues. Verification process is a bit hit and miss - my flows switched to draft automatically because apparently my account wasn't verified even though I thought I had followed all steps. More communication on this would be good for future. Other than that, it works just like Klaviyo and easy enough to learn. It is definitely a more budget-friendly platform.

Brilliant app - could be a little more user friendly with editing emails etc but on the whole has been great! Joann was very helpful in resolving a recent issue we had with verifications. Thanks Joann!

L'équipe est très réactive ! Dès que vous avez une question, ils vous répondent sous 5 minutes et cherchent toujours à trouver une solution. Une mention spéciale à John B qui m'a prise en charge à plusieurs reprises. Il y a tout de même quelques beugs parfois sur la plateforme mais ils travaillent activement dessus.

I have tried to gain verification a handful of times when Yotpo was newer and always had no luck with support. Now I was able to get in touch with an agent after only a minute or two. Great help and assistance, the process was a breeze!

Yotpo is amazing to use. I am a complete newbie to this and got a lot of help from the customer support agents. Princess, Marnie, and Rock were patient and super helpful with my queries, and even will go to the back end to help fix some issues I had. For the people Yotpo gets 5 stars.

Yotpo so far has had great service. The interface is very easy to navigate. I spoke to an agent named Melvin who helped me through the whole verification process and they made it very easy and helped a lot!

The apps takes a bit more effort to be fully set up :/. I was able to speak with Melvin and he was able to give me a guide to get started and was really helpful.
