I had a few questions when I first started and Rock N in the customer service team was really helpful. They explained everything clearly and even logged into my Shopify account and helped me add the terms I needed to add on the privacy policy to make sure I was verified correctly. The customer support is too good, ( i tried other popular sms but they didnt work for me at all) but the thing about yotpo is that their customer support is too good, especially Rock N, that guy is too good at his job. Anyways thanks a lot Rock N for the help.

I had some issues with the text messages and with the triggered emails and messages. I reached out to their customer support department and PL was awesome in helping me figure things out! If it wasn’t for her I was about to uninstall this app. Thanks so much for all of your help! Keep up the great work! She needs a raise. Thanks again!
