I talked with Melvin and he helped me resolve my problem in less than 10 minutes. I also didn't basically wait, as soon as I opened my ticket he answered me within a minute. Extremely satisfied!

Marnie and all support staff is super helpful, the live chat option is very convenient when needing some assistance. Yotpo marketing app is very user friendly and informative, and the pricing is great for small businesses. Definitely recommend this app for all start up stores!
