Rock N was really helpful helping me with validating my toll free numbers to send to messages to United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

The plugin does not work proprely ! specially on the most important thing : abandoned cart workflow stopped to work on 26/10 for no reason ! And "Melvin" from support has no idea how their tool work so i wasted my time trying to explain to him how it's own software suppose to work.. but he keep driving me on none helpful information.. so bascially no way to make it work..

Helpful, but could have been told steps needed to be done before the verification process could start. So i am currently waiting an additional 4-8 business before verification

Marnie and all support staff is super helpful, the live chat option is very convenient when needing some assistance. Yotpo marketing app is very user friendly and informative, and the pricing is great for small businesses. Definitely recommend this app for all start up stores!
