This app is a game-changer. Its robust marketing features allowed me to replace multiple apps with just one. Quin was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the documentation for the app set-up.

Hello im writing a review about the person who helped me, the name was Quin and they completely saved me from hell. I was struggling so hard to get rid of my sms pop up for days and countless hours and she hlped me in seconds. Definitely deserves a raise.

I have going back-and-forth between a few other SMS + email apps. Since Yotpo has been so easy to set up and also focuses on the customer interactions and reviews, as a small business I believe this is the best solution. Quin has been helping me through the process to get verified for SMS and it was easy clear and fast.

The customer service is absolutely off the charts! I was assisted by PL. She was very friendly right from the get go, answered all my questions with speed and ease, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right.
