I’ve been using SMSBump for abandoned carts, SMS marketing, post-purchase flows, campaigns and honestly, everything else. There is no real rival to this app on the market. It does it all, and it does it flawlessly. What makes it even better is the amazing support team. Today, I was assisted by Rock N, who showed exceptional patience and professionalism. They helped me solve my issue quickly and efficiently. Huge thanks to them! I’ve been in e-commerce for years, and SMSBump is simply essential if you’re serious about growing your store. Reliable, powerful, and packed with features, I couldn’t run my business without it.

Pretty good app with a wide mix of tools to gather subscribers in multiple ways across their shopping journey. Jay was fantastic at answering a few questions and getting me up to speed on a few setup questions I had.
