Switching to yotpo has successfully replaced klayvio, attentive, loyalty lion and several expensive custom integrations, radically simplifying my marketing team and operations. Their live support has also world class and has been available 24/7 during my team onboarding process, going above and beyond for us even without an enterprise license or SLA.
