The customer service is absolutely off the charts! I was assisted by PL. She was very friendly right from the get go, answered all my questions with speed and ease, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend this app to any and everyone. 5 stars for me! :]

fast to verify with help from John D, firts time using the APP and looks great and helpfull, now time to give it a try and see if it adapts to my needs and great exlications from the app to make your acount good to start whit the SMS

For being a new user to both Shopify and this Yotpo email client app, I was very happy with the service Quin and PL provided today. Not only did she silvery issues but she helped me problem solve some basic features of their app that I had glossed over and missed. Big shout out to her for all of her awesome help.

Rock sure help me out for me its just lot of learning but he did sure taugh me something is a new. Experience or not experience is still recommendation.

I have used Yotpo on other stores and it is a must-have app for SMS flows. Rock N was very nice and helpful assisting me! He responded very fast also.

The customer support was outstanding. Princess was so helpful that she even set the whole campaign for me as I set it up days ago. I will definitely continue to use Yotpo. The best for the business!

I was struggling trying to set up things on my own. I was looking at many videos still confused but Yotpo support team has been a great help towards me. Especially "PL", She was very quick on responding and the communication was great. I definitely know I can come back and get the help I need.
