If the free plan of this app is this superb imagine the kind of good successes the paid plan would bring to a diligent business. Yotpo is worth it. They make sure you follow through to add respect for customers' privacy in your private policy and terms and conditions. Their agents like Joann was patient, elaborative, and kind throughout the validating of my business account. I appreciate using Yotpo to thank my customers and keep in touch with them.

Support team of Yotpo is fantastic everything was fast my person from support team was Marie she helped me a lot, and I am incredibly grateful for it.
