We have only just downloaded the app today, but we were getting a bit confused here and there so we reached out for tech support, and Quin was an immense help. They were attentive, quick to respond, understanding of our many questions, and was overall a delight. Really hlped us get things started and we cannot wait to move forward using this app.

The customer service has been great. I ran into some issues with getting my verification of my number. Customer service jumped on and walked me through the issue and got it resolved. Love this app. It has been great for my business.

Visited with a couple of reps, and got no where BUT then Rock N helped me!!! Really knocked it out of the park and made it simple. Walked me through step by step instead of just sending me to a tutorial!

My experience with Yopto Email Marketing & SMS has been really good, I am new to all of this and did not know where to start. I needed help and went on the chat assistance. I've changed over from Klaviyo and the customer support has been great, John D especially was so helpful. I am finding the platform a bit more confusing than Klaviyo but the support is making it so much easier!
