I appreciate the awesome customer support from Joann and their entire team. The chat support online chat is very timely and helpful. Using the platform takes some practice but with the great support it makes it easy and that's why I rate it 5 stars.

Great App and Great customer service. The service was stellar, I had an agent by the name of Joann C that gave me the information that I needed to execute and update my terms and service to start sending out sms messages and she was very patient throughout the process. I am a forever customer and thanks Joann for all of his help! We need more agents like you.

I had the pleasure to work with Marnie on chat this morning. She was fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable, and really helped me through the process of adding SMS to my account. Marnie is the epitome of customer service. I wish I had associates as well versed and as kind as Marnie. My greatest hope/wish is that anytime I need to chat, I would be connected to Marnie.
