Yotpo has truly achieved the impossible! All of my loyalty, email, sms and customer data in ONE platform. Switching to yotpo has successfully replaced klayvio, attentive, loyalty lion and several expensive custom integrations, radically simplifying my marketing team and operations. Their live support has also world class and has been available 24/7 during my team onboarding process, going above and beyond for us even without an enterprise license or SLA. Extra special thanks to Joann C from the support team for her quick real-time help with our email marketing this morning!!

I was having trouble with sending e-mails when I got help from an assistant named John D. who told me step-by-step what I needed to do to verify my account and be able to send e-mails. He was kind and helpful and I'm grateful for this. Recommend a 100% !

I am new to this ap, and have a lot to learn still. Customer Support is very patient and helpful! I have definitely seen increase in sales, with even my limited understanding of marketing and SMS/Email. I am sure it will only get better as I learn more. Joann C at support was a big help to me!

So many features available to use as I start to scale and consolidate much of my marketing. I really value centralizing data as it makes understandin holistic performance easier to visualize. PL was super helpful in getting me validated and on the right track to reaching my customers.
