I installed yotpo today for my website, cannot say how incredibly impressed I am at the support with setting this up for the first time, it was literally all done for me. Absolutely incredible. I can't wait to start using this and seeing what else this program can do to support my website!

Love the live chat option. Customer service is great and the way that it shows wait time for the chat is nice. Rock assisted me and did a wonderful job.

This app is wonderful especially for a free App! It greatly improves the standard functionality of the default Shopify mail once you get the hang of it its pretty easy.
