I had a few issues with the SMS items, I was able to get help from Melvin and he was amazing and patient with me, showed me how to get everything done for Compliance. Amazing Customer Service! Amazing App.

I've changed over from Klaviyo and the customer support has been great, John D especially was so helpful. I am finding the platform a bit more confusing than Klaviyo but the support is making it so much easier!

A pretty good app that helps with communicating with customers and announcing sales and such! I had an issue with logging in and accidental charges, and John D. helped me resolve it quickly and they will be refunding me, which I very much appreciate!
