Regie was super helpful, friendly and listed all the steps very clearly and easily for me. On top of that he was very, very patient with me while I did everything which I appreciate because I was taking a long time trying to figure everything out. Love this is app as well super customizable and user friendly.

Very quick and helpful response. Melvin did a wonderful job. He validated my account in minutes and was a huge help!

Staff are super helpful, especially Melvin. The platform is good, but the dashboard is super complicated and not user friendly, plus the form builders don't work well in Chrome on the desktop due to a bug, so it's impossible to access any options further down the screen. Switching over to Edge solved the issue.

This app is easy to use for my Shopify. Customer service is good. I had an issue with my account. The customer service rep Quin help me with my issue. She was very professional and helpful. I recommend this app to help with SmS and Email Marketing.
