Very easy to use. Though you do need to pay to get the most out of it. The support team is very helpful. Especially Ronel, who helped me a particularly pressing issue.

I installed this app and had issues with installing the widget. Within minutes, Simoun helped me with the problem! Custom service is really truly amazing! Highly recommend this app!

We recently updated our Shopify theme and I was having a hard time figuring out if the Yotpo app was operating correctly. I chatted briefly with Sheen and got the help I needed. So, in addition to providing a swell way to collect reviews, they back up the app with swell customer service. Awesome. Thank you! Once we finalized our theme update, I noticed our product reviews were not showing up on our product pages. I contacted support and Orly helped get things sorted out. Ive used Yotpo many times, in many different types stores, to help customers see the value in my products and customer service -- IT WORKS. Super powerful. AND -- Yotpo has great customer service also (and thanks Ian, and in the past, Orly for helping me out twice with questions -- solved fast and easy). I have tried many other review platforms and I always come back to Yotpo as my go-to. The new interface is great! Again, amazing customer service!!! Thank you!
