Great app and great customer service. They sort out any issues right away. I recommend this app to anyone wanting a review app on their store front .

I wish there was more customization ability for some things (like coupons) but when the app is working, is works great. Customer service is really good as well. I had a problem with coupons and incentive emails and the customer service rep helped me solve it relatively quickly.

Love this app somewhat easy to set up Sheen helped me customize my stars and review look Which I found very Helpful. I recommend this review app. Although I do wish that they can bring the monthly orders up on a free plan instead of 50. Something that I would change is maybe consider bring the $20 plan to $9 so its affordable for once we pass the 50 free order limit thanks. Great customer Service.

Yotpo customer service is great and Ronel provided assistance in displaying the curated reviews on our website. Recommend this service EDIT: Contactede YotPo again for some inquiries we have and James was more than happy to assist us. Even provided detailed pointers to solve our issues. 100% recommend!

Yotpo was easy to install, manage, and use! James was especially helpful in ensuring the code was edited correctly to display the reviews where we needed them on the page.

Jeorge helped me greatly in updating my site with the reviews badge after i updated my theme and it disappeared. He also helped me import reviews via the Yotpo template so i could add my Ebay reviews to my shopify site. Great support! Thanks again guys!

We have continued to find ways in which we are able to communicate and listen to our customers, always striving to develop and perfect our product offering. Interacting with Yotpo has been a pleasure, and the customer service is fantastic. Ed helped us to further understand the email customization and policy settings. We are excited to be implementing on our site soon!

Decent software. Can get expensive as you grow so take note if you work in a low GP segment with high order volumes.
