Yoypo has a strong support staff / team. Staff is always very knowledgable and fast in responding queries. never let down ! It is also a very useful tool thanks alot team. looking forward to more awesome features in future

I have to work with Yotpo across many of our clients' stores, and although the app is great the back end can be confusing. When I need some help I use the live chat integrated on the back end, and today, my agent James C was extremely helpful in helping me fixing what I needed to!

Ronel was a ton of help. He fixed the problem I had in no time and was super responsive and kind. Especially as a beginner having a small shopify store I can recommend using Yotpo because of the great customer service. They always got your back and save you a lot of time.

Rhemy is the best. I could not figure out what I was doing, Rhemy took care of my issues and then some. My shop if functioning the way I wanted it to and I could not have done it without Rhemy. Many thanks !!!!

I needed getting help adding an abusive customer to the request block list. The agent was helpful and sent a screenshot with the easy to follow steps to do so.
