Very easy to set up. Just a few issues with the placement of the star rating and deleting our old review app. But Jo and James helped us very quickly. The whole set up was very smooth, and the app looks great on our site!

Had an amazing experience with the costumer support, Ed helped me with the installation of this great app and i just had to answer some questions and he took his knowledge and helpen me throughout the whole process. Thank you Ed and Yotpo! Also a little suggestion maybe make the prices a little bit more affordable for starters

The app do all that I need, especially for the google shopping stars integration. The advisor Warly S help me a lot to set up perfectly the app on my store.

I reviewed several different product review apps for my Shopify store and the Yotpo app not only checked all of the boxes, but exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality, ease of use, and automation. In addition, I reached out to their team to fix an issue I was having and they responded immediately, and they spent a great deal of time helping me with placing reviews on my site. Many thanks to Junalou for his knowledge, extensive help and patience! I would recommend Yotpo to anyone who needs a great product review app packed with features.

We had some reviews from a previous site to import, and were rapidly accumulating new reviews with Yotpo. We used the chat feature to get help from support. (Thank you Gimbert and Noren!) They were able to help with the import, settings, and placement of the reviews. Fantastic help, that chat support. Thank you!

Yotpo itself is an awesome app to have! Great for collecting reviews and relaying authenticity and trust with customers. The customer service they provide to business owners is awesome as well! I was having issues trying to add code to my page for the carousel review widget and Junalou dove right in and added it for me. He went above and beyond my original request and added additional features as well! I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and easy my experience was. Thank you so much!

I used this to help get more reviews, and it's worked well for that. The support was very helpful too. Cons - I find the dashboard slow and a bit too busy.

I have contacted Yotpo in the last 2 days, Don and Eunice have been providing excellent services. They helped me to make the layout of reviews in my shop better and more professional. Excellent services and would recommend their services to anyone
