When I was having trouble getting rid of the cache of the app, they responded immediately via live chat, which was very helpful.

Very easy to use and connect to store. They have great support if you ever need help, and have fixed all my issues very fast. Reymon Alvero was very helpful, easy to communicate the changes I needed done with how the app looked on our store, and made changes very fast. Would highly recommend!

I'm not great with coding and I was unable to get the review carousel published on my own. That's where Ed comes in. Ed was extremely helpful and was able to add a reviews carousel, a reviews page, and a star rating below each product we sell. He did it all within 30 minutes before I had to take off to my meeting, and did it with pleasure. I'm ridiculously impressed with Ed and Yotpo, the review service itself is great, but it's the customer service that makes the difference for me. Appreciate you guys! Updated 08.18.22 Both Happy and Rilu Jane B are also great. Super communicative and fast at working. Also very patient with all my requests.

I was very impressed with the customer support. Junalou was extremely knowledgeable and She helped me tremendously with the initial set up. I was concerned about adding Yotpo bc I am not the best with backend set up...but her support handled all my issues and now I have an easy review system attached to my small business website. So far so good!

Great app. Great for engaging customers and getting their feedback. Our theme is complex but Junalou managed to get the star placement right where we needed it in about 5 minutes. Impressive.

I had to update my Shopify Theme and the Yotpo review setup got lost. I sent Yotpo an e-mail on a Sunday and within a few hours they had installed everything on our new theme. Wow that is what I call great customer support.

Yotpo's support team is the best in Shopify. They are quick, experienced, kind, and super responsive. Ed from Yotpo support team helped us with switching to a new theme and reintegrating the app, he was super helpful and really appreciated his communication and expertise. Thank you Ed!
