The customer service at Yotpo is by far one of the best I have seen. Ed was able to help me import reviews from a different app I was using. No comment about the app yet but it seems like the resources are there to help me with the transition.

I don't like writing review but they were really fast at responding. I was really shocked at the speed most places take some hours or I have to wait til Monday to get some help.

I received great customer service and help from Junalou. I was walked through how to make changes and was given recommendations on how to make my website better. 10/10 would recommend this app to others

Updated 5.20.21: Junalou was super helpful in adding the star ratings to my collection pages too! We were seeking a solution to help add the star ratings alongside product listings at the top, and with a little help from support we were able to implement. Thank you!

Orly was GREAT! I was having a problem having my reviews stars showing since I changed my website theme. He took his time to fix my problem and made sure all was correct before publishing. He was great work with.
