Gimbert did an absolutely amazing job with very little effort on my part...just took charge and got it done...knocked it out of the ballpark!! Very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and great troubleshooting skills. I was multi tasking and made the transaction so effortless.

I use it to collect reviews and it's been really good! Customer service has been prompt and so helpful when I had questions or needed help. highly recommend!

I needed help using a feature so I contacted Yopto support using the chat. I received a quick response from Mark and he was very knowledgable & courteous! Mark resolved my issue efficiently and I was able to get right back to business in a timely manner. Great product & excellent customer service!

This app is very easy to use and super responsive when you have a question! I chatted with an agent (Jo Lorenz) and they were very quick to answer my question and fix that issue that I wanted changing! I really appreciate when you can reach someone quickly and YOTPO did that fo me!

Mark the support agent was super helpful! He provided a lot of help with publishing the review widget on top of my custom theme. Very professional. Will highly recommend it.

I love being able to sync photos from Instagram and having them appear on the product pages! I was having some issues getting them to appear for new products but Junalou was a big help and assisted me with the issue in a timely manner.

Im a fan! Although I wish the premium offerings were more affordable, you can not go wrong with this App or the people behind the brand. Customer service is incredible, and never have I been left wanting. The app is a must have for your products rating. Among other features, it loads fast, and pushes the reviews to your site and your social media channels. The support is quick and effective.
